In the event of causing any physical disability or the death of any occupant of the vehicle at the time of the accident, this coverage protects the driver so that he can cover the payment of corresponding compensation.

It covers damages to third parties caused by the first trailer that hits your vehicle.

If you have a crash and your car cannot circulate, we offer you a car with a free driver to take you to your destination.

If you run out of gas, or you get a flat tire or your battery is discharged, we provide you with the services of a mechanic to repair the breakdown. You are only responsible for paying the costs of gasoline, oil, accumulators and tire repair.

In the event that your car cannot circulate, we will send you a trailer at no cost to take it to the nearest workshop (maximum 2 events per year).

In case of faults or damage to your car, we provide you with information on the service workshops closest to where you are.

In the event of total theft, we guide you and advise you on the steps to follow to file a complaint with the authorities.

We manage the transfer to the nearest hospital if the AXA Assistance Services medical team suggests hospitalization (maximum 2 events per year, service for the holder, his family or the driver and his occupants).

If you require medical assistance, the AXA assistance services medical team will advise you on the most appropriate measures for your health or will make it possible for you to visit a doctor (service for the owner, his family or the driver and his occupants).

In case of faults or damage to your car, we provide you with information on the service workshops closest to where you are.

In case the repair of your car takes more than 8 hours (in case of public use, more than 24 hours), we will pay you the stay in the hotel of your choice (limited to $800 per event, maximum 2 events per year ).

In the event that your luggage is lost on a commercial flight, we support you in reporting the facts, their location and, if the objects are recovered, we manage their forwarding to the place where you are.

After lifting the total theft certificate, we will pay you the rent of a medium and standard car. If you cannot rent a car, we assign you up to $600 pesos per day for taxi, bus or any other authorized means of transportation (maximum 2 days).

If you need it, we will send you a trailer from the scene of the accident to the nearest garage, free of charge, with a maximum limit of $3,000 per event (maximum 2 events per year).

If the repair of your private car takes more than 36 hours, we cover the cost of renting a similar car. If you cannot rent a car, we grant you up to $600 per day for taxi, bus or any other authorized means of transportation (maximum 2 days per event, 2 events per year).

Once the total theft certificate has been drawn up, we will pay for your stay at the hotel of your choice (maximum $480 pesos per day, with a limit of 5 consecutive days).

In the event of total theft, we guide you and advise you on the steps to follow to file a complaint with the authorities.

We carry out, if requested, the funeral procedures. If you have contracted the Occupant Medical Expenses coverage, we cover the expenses that originate the funeral services up to the amount of the insured sum.

We will assist you in your early return by any authorized means of transport in the event that, while you are away from your place of residence, a first-degree relative dies and you cannot use the means of transport originally planned for the return.

In the event that your luggage is lost on a commercial flight, we support you in reporting the facts, their location and, if the objects are recovered, we manage their forwarding to the place where you are.

In case of theft or loss of passport, visa and/or plane tickets, we advise you indicating the procedure to follow for their replacement.

If you suffer trauma, injuries, or illnesses as a result of the accident, we manage your land or air transfer to the hospital or medical center closest to your residence.

If the doctor and AXA assistance services agree, we cover the cost of staying at the hotel of your choice after being discharged from the hospital (limit $480 per day, maximum 5 consecutive calendar days).

If you need hospitalization for more than 10 calendar days outside your place of residence, we grant the person you designate a round ticket (economy class starting from the city of origin of the beneficiary).

If you require medical assistance, the AXA assistance services medical team will advise you on the most appropriate measures for your health or will make it possible for you to visit a doctor (service for the owner, his family or the driver and his occupants).

If after receiving medical treatment, in accordance with AXA Assistance Services, you are not required to return to your permanent residence as a normal passenger by land, we will cover all the costs of transportation by authorized commercial airliner.

In the event of death, we carry out all the necessary formalities (including any legal procedure) and are responsible for transporting the body or ashes to the place of burial.

Damages suffered or caused by the insured vehicle when it is driven by a person who does not have a license corresponding to the type of vehicle being driven. Loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by war operations or acts of terrorism. You will have a doctor by telephone 24 hours a day with free attention in case you have any discomfort.

It is the value of your car that we will take as a reference to compensate you in case of theft or total loss. This value is determined with the EBC Guide Blue Book.

It is the exact value of your car indicated on the original invoice. Only applies to late model cars.
